Hiromoto Tobisawa (飛澤宏元, formerly: 飛沢宏元, Tobisawa Hiromoto, born December 1954) is a Japanese composer and arranger from Hokkaido. He won the International Award at the 1994 JASRAC Awards for Captain Tsubasa BGM.

Tsubasa Ozora loves playing football since he was a little child. After moving to the japanese town of Nankatsu together with his mother, the 11-year-old boy quickly finds friends and joins the local football team of his elementary school.
